Thirty years of firing on time: what we have learned

Fire writing flames

In three decades we have never fired a display late. That is not luck — it is preparation, communication and a healthy respect for the things that can go wrong.

We survey every new site, write a full risk assessment and method statement, and send the paperwork to the venue in advance. We waterproof our fireworks and fusing, so rain is rarely a problem. And when live music or a conductor changes the plan on the night, we are set up to adapt and still hit the beat.

After thirty years we still get the same buzz before the first volley leaves the ground. The crowd goes quiet, the sky fills — and that is the part we will never tire of.
