Who we are
Frontier Fireworks is a Sussex-based firework display company that has been trading since 1996. We design and fire professional firework displays for weddings, corporate launches, public events, bonfire societies and private celebrations across the UK. Alongside the display side of the business we import our own range of professional fireworks for the trade, sell consumer fireworks locally through our online shop, and supply processional wax torches nationwide.
We are a husband and wife team at the front of the business, with a full crew of qualified firers behind us. Chris designs and operates the displays. Helen runs the office, the trade side and the shop. Between us we have thirty years of doing this without dropping a show, and after thirty years we still genuinely look forward to the next one.
How we started, and a few shows we are proud of
We started in 1996 with the backing of the Prince’s Youth Business Trust and have fired displays all over the UK ever since. Along the way we have been trusted with some big occasions, including the RAF Red Arrows 50th anniversary at a secure site within RAF Scampton, the launch of the British Airways i360, and two rooftop displays for the 800th anniversary of the Great Fire of Southwark at Southwark Cathedral.
After the Red Arrows display, Red 10, Squadron Leader Mike Ling, called it “best display ever”.
We design and import our own fireworks, hold £10 million insurance, and our team are BPA-qualified.
