Firework displays choreographed to music

Recorded or live, timed to the beat with our own fireworks, so the show rises and falls with the music.

Choreographing fireworks to music with state of the art firing systems for tight synchronisation.

Fireworks and music, properly timed together

Choreographing music and fireworks is an art form, and it has come a long way in the last ten years with the firing systems we now use. We simply love music in our displays, because it gives the audience another thing to feel. We work with a wide range of recorded music and with live acts too, from classical performers to rock bands and most things in between.

Why most musical displays do not quite land

The danger with a display set to music is gaps, moments where the fireworks and the music drift apart. The advantage we have over companies that do not import is that we know our own fireworks inside out, the heights they reach, how long each one lasts, and exactly what it does. That means we can design a display with no gaps, unless a gap is planned, so the fireworks work with the music rather than near it.

What you get

You get a display designed around your music. We can edit and mix a track using specialist software, and our firing knowledge lets us synchronise the show with all kinds of music, blending fast, dramatic sections with more emotive ones so the display ebbs and flows with the pace. Themed displays set to film scores are always popular, and they set a show apart.

Live and recorded

For recorded music, we fire to exact synchronisation, which makes a display look powerful and emotional. Editing and producing a piece of music for fireworks takes time, so the earlier you talk to us the better.

For live music we have worked with bands and orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Katherine Jenkins, the Grenadier Guards Band and others. Live music raises the stakes, because weather can change how quickly a conductor takes the music, and sections can be cut or moved at a moment’s notice. We have to be ready to fire on time and shorten the display if needed, and in thirty years we have always managed it. It comes down to preparation and good communication on the day.

A display set to music sits naturally alongside our public and corporate displays and our pyrotechnics.
