How delivery works
Fireworks are classed as hazardous goods, so they ship on a tracked courier service that is licensed to carry them. We will confirm a delivery window with you before despatch, and you can track your order on its way.
- Age verification. Someone over 18 must be present to sign for the order.
- Delivery area. We deliver to mainland UK. Some remote areas and islands may carry a surcharge or longer lead time — we will let you know before despatch.
- Lead times. Orders are busiest around bonfire season, so order early where you can.
- Storage on arrival. Keep fireworks in a cool, dry place, in their packaging, away from sources of ignition.
Returns
Unused, sealed fireworks can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or part-used items. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we will put it right.
