Frontier Fireworks designs and fires bespoke wedding and party firework displays across the UK, at private homes, stately homes and wedding venues of every size. A display breaks up the evening and gives your guests something they will remember. Because we design each one from scratch and import our own fireworks, your show is built around your day rather than pulled off a shelf.
Your day, and the worry of getting it right
A wedding or a big party happens once, and the fireworks are often the moment people film and talk about afterwards, so you want to know they will be right. There is the venue to think about too. A lot of the places we work at only allow low noise displays, to keep the neighbours happy, and that is something we are set up for and genuinely good at.
What you get
You get a display designed around your day and your venue, with your colours worked in on normal noise shows, so the opening and the finale can match your theme. We choreograph it, fire it ourselves, and time it so it builds to a proper finish. And it happens exactly when it is meant to. In thirty years we have never fired a display late.
Low noise without losing the show
Most of the venues we work at ask for low noise, and we have become specialists in it, partly because we design and import these fireworks ourselves. A low noise display is not silent. It runs at around a 30 percent noise level, which means no bangs, whistles, crackles or shells, but plenty of bright colour and movement instead. Done well, it has every bit of the spectacle without upsetting the neighbours. There is more on the low noise displays page.
Personal touches
A wedding display is a good place for something personal. The most popular extras are:
- Our in-house Big Red Button, a real wireless trigger you press yourself to start the show.
- A lancework heart with the couple’s initials either side, in bright flame, lasting about a minute.
- A lancework champagne bottle that fires imitation champagne, always a crowd-pleaser at the start.
- Fire writing, an older art form that burns brightly at the front of the firing site for around seven minutes and makes a lovely backdrop for photographs.
- Long-burning wax candles for atmosphere, and golden sparklers for the guests.
- Red heart shells that burst high in the sky, on normal noise shows.
- A silver spinning pre-finale, or an extra barrage of shells to round things off.

What the price includes
When you book a display with us, the price covers all the fireworks, our £10 million insurance, the rigging, firing and de-rigging with a full tidy-up afterwards, and all the safety paperwork sent to your venue in advance. Everything to do with the display itself is in there.

A few things couples ask
Displays start at £999 including VAT for around four to five minutes of continuous fireworks. Most wedding and party clients spend around £1,400 including VAT. We will design the show around a budget you are comfortable with.

Your fireworks are waterproofed and we use waterproof fusing, so rain is rarely a problem. Strong wind is the only thing that occasionally forces a change, and it is very rare that we have to postpone.
