The terms on which we provide firework displays and supply goods.
Our terms
These terms apply to displays we design and fire, and to goods bought from our shop. They are a starting point and should be reviewed by your own adviser before publishing.
Bookings and payment
A display is confirmed once we have agreed the brief and received any deposit. The balance is due before the event unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation and postponement
If you need to cancel or move a date, let us know as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable, and charges may apply closer to the event to cover work already done.
Weather and safety
Safety always comes first. Rain rarely affects a display, but strong wind can. If conditions make it unsafe to fire, we will work with you to postpone or adapt, and we will always follow our risk assessment and method statement.
Our responsibilities
We carry £10 million Public, Product and Employers Liability Insurance and operate to BPA standards. We provide the design, fireworks, rigging, firing, de-rig and safety paperwork as agreed.
Shop orders
Goods are sold subject to availability and to the delivery and returns terms on our delivery information page. You must be over 18 to buy fireworks.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the work or goods supplied.
