Frontier Fireworks designs and fires daylight firework displays across the UK, for launches, anniversaries, festivals and any event that needs a daytime moment. Daylight shows used to be all noise and not much to look at. We have changed what a daytime display can be, using colour smoke and specially imported bright fireworks so there is plenty to see as well as hear.
The trick with a daytime show
In daylight, smoke and pyro do not read the way fireworks do against a night sky, so a daytime display has to be designed differently. Location, duration and budget all matter more, because you do not want it too far from your audience, and you want it condensed enough to keep the impact high. Done right, it is genuinely punchy. Done as an afterthought, it falls flat.
What you get
You get a fast paced, brightly coloured daytime display. We use vivid colour smoke to create fans and patterns in the sky, whether it is blue or cloudy overhead, because the colours are strong enough to carry either way. We import a good amount of magnesium coloured fireworks that burn brighter than standard ones, specifically for daylight, and combine them with dramatic noise sequences of whistles, bangs, crackles, hummers and screechers. It is artistically designed, not just loud.
