Shipping, delivery and returns
Fireworks are classed as hazardous goods, so they ship on a tracked courier service that is licensed to carry them. We will confirm a delivery window with you before despatch. Someone over 18 must be present to sign for the order.
Unused, sealed fireworks can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or part-used items. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we will put it right.
